Andrea  Pavlou

Managing Partner

Elina Lambrou

Andrea Pavlou is the Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Pavlou & Pavlou. 

Dual qualified as both an English Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and Cypriot Advocate, Andrea is a native English and Greek speaker with over 25 years of experience practising law in both the UK and Cyprus.

Before establishing her own practice, Andrea trained at the leading global law firm Clyde & Co and went on to practice as a Solicitor at the international firm Stephenson Harwood. She brings the depth, professionalism and strategic rigour gained from her UK career to her work in Cyprus offering her clients clarity and confidence across jurisdictions.

Andrea has represented clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters across property, finance, insurance and corporate matters, appearing at all levels of the UK and Cypriot court systems, including the English High Court, District Courts in both jurisdictions, Criminal Courts in both countries and the Supreme Court in Cyprus. Her client base includes individuals, families, investors, landlords, corporations, major insurers and institutional tenants.

Andrea’s expertise covers sale and purchase transactions; all property related claims and a wide range of litigation disputes. She also provides strategic advice to clients who are buying immoveable property for the first time in Cyprus including undertaking redevelopment projects and obtaining grants and subsidies for property projects. Andrea also provides advice on Family Law, Private Client, Company Law issues as well as corporate structures through the use of Cyprus vehicles.

What truly distinguishes Andrea is not only her technical expertise, but her ability to assess complex situations quickly and negotiate strong, fair outcomes for her clients. Known for her strategic thinking and calm authority, she approaches each case with both precision and perspective.

Elina Lambrou is an experienced Litigation Lawyer and Legal Advisor, currently serving as Head of Litigation at Pavlou & Pavlou.

 

With over a decade of legal experience across both public and private sectors in Cyprus, she has developed extensive expertise in civil, family, administrative, criminal, and tenancy law.

Her legal career includes senior positions at the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus, where she represented state authorities in court proceedings and provided legal opinions to ministries and public departments.

She is widely recognised for her meticulous case preparation, effective courtroom advocacy, and strategic approach to managing disputes both in and out of court.

 

Elina has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association for over 10 years and holds an LL.M in International Business Law from Cardiff University and an LL.B. from the University of Sunderland.

Kristia Kotsza

Lawyer

Kristia is a qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2023. She obtained her Law Degree from the University of Cyprus and completed her legal training at one of the Big Four firms, where she gained valuable experience in banking and finance matters.

Kristia joined A.P. PAVLOU LLC in 2024 and her practice focuses on property law, rent control disputes, corporate law and litigation arising from loan agreements. She has experience handling cases before the Administrative Court and the International Protection Administrative Court, and also provides legal advice on matters relating to administrative law, human rights, and asylum matters.

She is recognized for her structured approach, attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal matters with precision, professionalism and ability to work within strict deadlines.

Kristia is fluent in Greek and English.

Christiana Charalambous

Lawyer

Christiana Charalambous is a qualified lawyer specialising in civil, family, and criminal litigation. She holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Nicosia and has been practising law for over six years.

Christiana has gained extensive courtroom experience, appearing regularly before the District Courts and Criminal Courts on property related litigation including tenancy disputes, contractual disagreements over real estate, and administrative challenges tied to property transactions. Her expertise also covers private client matters, company law matters, consumer protection, competition law, commercial disputes, family matters, and criminal proceedings.

She conducts indepth legal research, prepares robust legal opinions and drafts pleadings and applications with precision. Having completed mediation training and seminars on anti-bribery, consumer law, legal practice management software, and workplace placement schemes, Christiana brings enhanced skills in dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

Fluent in Greek and English, she combines discipline, strong teamwork, and organisational skills to deliver thorough client focused legal services from initial instruction through to judgment or settlement.

Christoforos Aristeidou

Junior Lawyer

Christoforos is a qualified lawyer practicing in Cyprus, with a focus on probate and property law. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and holds an LL. B from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

 

Christoforos previously trained at respected law firms in both Cyprus and Greece where he gained practical experience in litigation, legal research, and client representation, working across diverse areas including family, criminal, and inheritance law. He developed strong skills in drafting legal documents, analysing case law, and supporting court proceedings. He particularly enjoys challenging cases and researching not only Cyprus case law but legal judgments in the UK and European judgments.

 

In his current role, Christoforos handles litigation, probate and property cases, guiding clients through inheritance procedures, estate administration, and real estate transactions. He is involved in preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, advising on succession matters, and representing clients before relevant authorities and all courts in the Republic of Cyprus.

 

Christoforos is fluent in both Greek and English.

Stella Gregoriou

Paralegal

Stella is a paralegal at Pavlou & Pavlou and holds an LL. Bfrom the School of Law of Frederick University. She supports the legal team across a range of matters, including formal correspondence, conducting court research and assisting the legal department with transactions, drafting legal forms and handling incoming calls.

 

Stella plays a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations, and assists with translations, managing office calendars and monitoring upcoming court schedules.

 

Stella is known for her excellent organisation, reliability and attention to detail. Her experience in the public sector managing relevant authorities and procedures further strengthens her contributions to the office, from document management to liaising with courts and supporting office procedures. Stella is fluent in Greek and English.

Evie Aristidou

Paralegal

Evie is a paralegal and secretary who has been with the firm since 2019. She plays a key role in supporting the legal team across property and probate matters, with responsibilities that include conveyancing transactions, legal research and analysis, document preparation, transaction co-ordination, and liaison with land registry and other relevant authorities.

 

Evie is closely involved in the preparation and review of legal documentation including drafting, reviewing and revising contracts of sale and other legal documents, as well as assisting with trial preparation. She also oversees the administrative duties of the firm, and maintains the attorney’s calendars by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences.

 

She is highly valued for her organization, reliability and professionalism, and for ensuring that matters progress efficiently and smoothly. Her organizational skills, time management and patience allow her to excel in daily tasks.

 

Evie holds a Law degree and graduated from the School of Law of the European University of Cyprus in 2019.

 

She is fluent in both Greek and English.

Louise Shervington

Paralegal

Louise initially came to Pavlou & Pavlou as a client in 2018, later becoming part of the team after gaining valuable insight into the legal process from a client’s perspective.

 

With over 30 years of experience in the property sector across both the UK and Cyprus, she brings extensive practical knowledge in property management, sales and rental operations.

 

Since relocating to Cyprus in 2004 with her children, Louise has built a successful home and business on the island. Having experienced the relocation process herself, she understands the excitement of a fresh start and the challenges that come with it. The lessons she’s learned along the way taught her the real value of seeking independent legal advice early on and sparked her passion for helping others make informed, confident decisions about their move and property investments. This understanding helps her connect naturally with clients embarking on similar journeys, offering reassurance, and practical guidance at every stage of their relocation and property journey.

 

A graduate of the University of Hull with a degree in Marketing and Communications, Louise applies a structured, solutions driven approach to systems, organisation and problem solving.

 

Known for her calm and empathetic manner she is currently based at the firm’s Paphos office, where she oversees daily operations and client engagement.
